Shipping and returns

How long it takes

Every shirt is printed after you order it and usually ships in 3–5 days. Your delivery estimate depends on your destination and is shown at checkout. You get a confirmation email when you order and tracking when it ships.

International delivery times vary by destination. Your country's import duties may apply; checkout tells you if they do.

What shipping costs

US orders of $99 or more ship free. Below that, shipping depends on your destination and the weight of your order. You see the exact cost and the delivery estimate at checkout, before you pay.

If something arrives wrong

If your shirt arrives misprinted, damaged, torn, or as the wrong item, size or color, contact order support within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos. Fourthwall reviews the issue and arranges an approved replacement.

If tracking shows no movement for two weeks inside the US, or three weeks elsewhere, email us and we will sort out a replacement.

Returns for size or a change of mind

Each shirt is printed for the person who ordered it, so we can't take returns or exchanges for a different size or a change of mind. Check the size chart on the product page before you order; if you're between sizes, size up.

Cancelling

You can cancel within 1 hour of ordering through the order-status link in your confirmation email. Additional statutory withdrawal rights may apply to eligible EU, UK and EEA orders; available options appear on your order-status page.

Who ships your order

Orders are sold, printed and shipped by our commerce partner, Fourthwall, Inc., which is the seller of record. Their terms of service and privacy policy apply to your purchase.
